Ravnoteža između poslovnog i privatnog života (WLB) je tema koja se sve više istražuje i od interesa je kako za organizaciju tako i za pojedince. Prednosti pojedinca su bolje zdravlje i kvaliteta života, što utječe na organizacijsku produktivnost i učinak. Ova cjelina pod naslovom Poremećaji ravnoteže između poslovnog i privatnog života razmatra objašnjenja WLB-a i razlikuje različite vrste WLB-poremećaja. Također raspravlja i objašnjava dobrobiti WLB-a za pojedinca i organizaciju te identificira načine poboljšanja WLB-a i smanjenja poremećaja WLB-a.
